What is the shipping cost?

Due to the large size of our products , they are usually shipped by freight. You have to contact us for a shipping quote.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping typically takes 2-5 days if the product is in stock.

How will I be updated?

You will be notified via email or phone if we are experiencing delays on orders and shipments.

Exchanges & returns

Can I cancel my order after I have placed it?

Your order can be cancelled immediately if it has not yet been shipped.

Payment

All major credit cards and interac e-transfer is accepted if we ship the machine. If we deliver the machine to you face to face , certified check is accepted as well.
